Bread is much more than just a daily staple food. It plays a major role in religious stories, in politics and as a coveted treat it has shaped the cultural history of mankind since the beginning of civilisation. The PANEUM - the Wunderkammer of Bread displays art and cultural artefacts from 9,000 years and offers an exciting journey through the history of bread. The imposing building, which houses the impressive collection on the subject of bread, was designed by architects Coop Himmelb(l)au. Completed and opened in 2017, the PANEUM looks like an unfolding silver cloud. Visitors discover the exhibits in the exhibition via a spiral staircase inside.

The ExperienceQuartier in St. Wolfgang am Wolfgangsee is more than just the railway station and ticket office for the Schafbergbahn. In the museum area, it invites you on a fascinating journey through the 130-year history of the SchafbergBahn and 150 years of WolfgangseeSchifffahrt. In the restaurant with covered lakeside terrace you can enjoy culinary delights, and in the shop you will find perfect souvenirs of a day in the Salzkammergut. Outside of the SchafbergBahn's operating hours, the ExperienceQuartier can be hired exclusively as an event venue for up to 300 people.

Discover the 5,000-year-old art of glassmaking in the Voralpenland glassworks! In the show glassworks you will gain fascinating insights into the art of glassmaking. Experience at first hand how traditional craftsmanship merges with modern melting technology. Embark on a journey through the history of glass culture in the adjoining glass museum and follow the development from its beginnings to the present day. Pictures, texts and valuable glass artefacts illustrate the entire history of glass and you can learn more about the raw materials, tools and the impressive development of this craft. Finally, in the shop you can choose from a variety of skilfully handcrafted works of glass art: Unique crystal glass pieces in all shapes and colours, made using traditional glassmaking techniques.

Whether scattered flowers, deer or the classic ‘Geflammte’ - the popular decorations from Gmundner Keramik are typical of Upper Austria and a feast for the eyes on every table. A short film, valuable exhibits as well as touch and photo stations offer deep insights into the production and painting workshops. On a guided tour of the Grüne Erde world, you will gain an insight into the glasshouses and production - a glimpse into the heart of Grüne Erde.

The KTM Motohall takes you into the exciting world of motorsport, technology and motorbike history. Here you can learn all about design and chassis, discover the history of Europe's largest motorbike manufacturer and meet the bravest KTM rider of all time. Thanks to constant innovation, there is always something new to see in the KTM Motohall. At the heart of the TEAM 7 world in Ried im Innkreis, the meeting place invites you to experience the love of wood and the unique atmosphere with all your senses. Inspired by the ever-growing forest, this central area leads along seven trees through our brand. The meeting place, designed as a forest clearing with its impressive canopy of leaves, offers space to relax and enjoy. Here you can linger, exchange ideas and discover the fascination of TEAM 7 through interactive and analogue installations. What would Linz be without its steel industry? In a multimedia and interactive exhibition, voestalpine Stahlwelt shows what steel production with modern technologies means and what this material is actually capable of. The interior of the building is modelled on a giant steel crucible, through which visitors find their way through the exhibition, which also impresses with light and sound effects. On the outside, Stahlwelt, which was completed in 2009 and designed by architects Schremmer-Jell, presents itself as an angled structure that blends seamlessly and harmoniously into the surrounding industrial landscape of office towers, gasometers and production facilities.

The whisky distillery from Alberndorf in Upper Austria is deeply rooted in the region and is known far beyond its borders. The products have won several international and national awards. During a guided tour of the whisky cinema, you will learn interesting facts about production and storage as well as an insight into the history of the spirit, while the touch and display case invites you to smell and taste the different types of grain. Of course, there is also an overview of the range and a tasting session. You can take the fine wines home with you in the shop. A delicious snack and a coffee round off your visit to the whisky maker in the Mühlviertel.
