We have been closely connected to the forest for many millennia. Its health-promoting effect on humans has already been scientifically proven. We want to experience this effect through selected mindfulness and self-awareness exercises. Recharge your batteries with us on this short holiday together for body, mind and soul in the forest wilderness of the Kalkalpen National Park.

Requirements: The guided tours on the fixed dates are reserved for private individuals. We ask groups of 10 people or more, companies, schools or other organizations to contact the respective visitor center.
