In 1929, Leo Jindrak I founded a patisserie in Herrenstraße in Linz. Three journeymen and two sales assistants worked in the small business. Since then, almost 90 years have passed down the Danube. Leo III now pulls the strings at Konditorei Jindrak, orchestrating 145 employees at the head office and now six branches in Linz and the surrounding area. Anyone who wants to enjoy sweet treats in Linz meets up with like-minded people "at Jindrak". The secret of this success? The uncompromising focus on quality. Since the days of the founder, those with a sweet tooth can rely on the Jindrak patisserie to provide them with fresh goods made from the finest ingredients every day.
