Nothing works in our CURHAUS without Barbara Riegler's own organic herbs. In traditional European medicine, type-appropriate herbs and spices are very important in food. If you like, you can also take your favourite herbs from our shop home with you. The organic farm with its herb garden is also open to our guests. The herbalist and seminar farmer Barbara Riegler is sure to have plenty of valuable tips for you. To the offer.

Organic farm "Hinterkirner" Family Heimel
The care of the Heimel family on their organic farm belongs to rare and old grain varieties such as Ebners Rotkorn, Schlägler rye, buckwheat Billy and black oats. The high-quality grain is also processed directly on the generational farm after harvesting! As we at CURHAUS Bad Kreuzen attach great importance to regional organic quality, we not only use the Heimel family's products in the kitchen, but also offer their spelt products for sale in the shop. The organic farm's spelt is also a fixed, high-quality ingredient in our herbal stamps for massages. Any of our guests who would like to take a look over the Heimels' shoulders to see how all the high-quality products are made or who would like to know what makes old grain varieties so special are very welcome at the organic farm.
