On the city tour through the historic city centre of Grein, you will learn a lot about the long and eventful history of the city and shipping. The tour takes you from the town square with its remarkable historic town houses to the late Gothic parish church, the high water marks and the jewel of the Danube town, the historic town theatre with its numerous curiosities.At the end of the tour, wine is tasted in the Heilmann wine shop, right next to the old town hall with the town theatre. The wine trade has a long tradition in the Danube town of Grein. Enjoy two different wines and a small snack in the wonderful ambience of Grein's historic town square.
