Day 1 - Individual journey to Passau
Your cycle tour along the Danube Cycle Path starts in Passau in Germany. Check into your room and hand over your cycle tour documents at the hotel. You will collect your hire bikes for your cycle tour along the Danube Cycle Path at the bike hire desk. Hotel example: Hotel Passauer Wolf in Passau

Day 2 - Along the Inn cycle path to the baroque town of Schärding and 3-river city tour in Passau, approx. 35 km
Cycle tour along the Inn cycle path from the city of three rivers through green meadows. You cycle along the cycle path along the Inn between the German and Austrian banks. The Inn is particularly scenic on the cycle tour in Austria, where you will find a wide variety of flora in a very small area. The crowning highlight is the baroque town of Schärding, which will enchant you with its cultural and culinary delights. Back in Passau, marvel at the 3-river city during a city tour on a Danube boat.

Day 3 - Along the Bavarian Danube Cycle Path to Schweiklberg Monastery, approx. 50 km
The cycle tour in Bavaria leads along the German Danube Cycle Path through a picturesque narrow valley with the southern foothills of the Bavarian Forest. At the stage destination of Vilshofen, you can see how the Vils and Wolfach rivers flow into the Danube. The Benedictine Schweiklberg Abbey towers high above the town. The Schweiklberg herbal spirit is a tried and tested household remedy and is also popular with cyclists.

Day 4 - Along the Danube cycle path to Engelszell Abbey and boat trip in the Schlögener Schlinge, approx. 60 km
The Danube boat takes you to Kasten. From there you cycle along what is probably the most famous cycle path in Europe towards the Schlögener Schlinge. You can explore this breathtaking natural landscape yourself on a motorised galley before cycling back to Passau in comfort.
