In addition to the full power of the grain, the herb bakery also allows the power and unique flavour of the original wild herbs of the gentle Mühlviertel hills to unfold in the bread. The bakery is located at the foot of the herb hiking trail in Hirschbach. Master baker and herb educator Woflgang Freudenthaler picks many of "his" wild herbs himself and then processes them into savoury or sweet bread and pastry variations. The cosy café offers a variety of breakfast options. Snacks and drinks are available to take away for hikes.
