Only products and ingredients from the region are used and processed. After all, we have a responsibility towards our customers, but also towards nature. Our suppliers share the same philosophy with us. In the Winkler bakery, all baked goods are prepared and refined by hand. This creates the unmistakable flavour of a genuine, natural food product.
We have established the Winkler Café as a further mainstay, which has since become an important component and addition to our bakery business. The combination of modern coffee house culture, fresh bread & pastries, fragrant coffee and delicious home-made pastries is the result,
