Only selected suppliers from Germany and abroad are allowed to supply us with the best quality, for example: the company Wiesbauer Gourmet with meat products, the regionally known company Lehners Bauernleberkäse with liver loaf and tender pork liver, among others.

The less well-known company Innstolz from Germany brings cheese products, our delicious French fries, vegetables and breadcrumbs, egg and flour for our tasty breadcrumbs to us in Wels.

The Ottakringer brewery from Vienna, our reliable partner, who also supports us as an advertising partner.

Fa. Olio, the oil expert from Breitenau (Upper Austria), provides us with a very important ingredient: 100% cholesterol-free rapeseed oil, for the best quality and frying of our delicious dishes.

Fa. Hiestand from Switzerland makes it possible for us to offer you freshly baked rolls every hour, not just for our schnitzel rolls, for example.

Fa. Salat & Co supplies us with delicious potato salad (cooked in the shell, hand-peeled) and our popular cucumber salad in a delicious creamy garlic dressing.

And we also do our best for the environment: waste disposal is taken care of by specialists such as AVE and Felbermair.
