In the Hausruckviertel, more precisely in beautiful St. Thomas, you will find the Lindinger family's farm, which produces juices, musts, liqueurs and brandies of the highest quality.
Josef and Mathilde run the farm as a sideline with 2.7 hectares of grassland, 1.4 hectares of which are orchards. The orchards not only characterise the landscape, but also provide the fruit for the cider production. The farm's own musts have been honoured with a number of awards, such as the Wieselburg Golden Pear and the GenussKrone. By processing their main product, cider, they can also offer specialities such as cider and frizzante.
