Fliegenfischen
The Pesenbach Fly Fishing Club is committed to fishing in a manner that is appropriate to the species and protects the fish and their habitat as much as possible. To this end, fly fishing and artificial bait are used to protect young fish in particular.
The fishing area covers the stretch of the Pesenbach from the Feldkirchen/Goldwörth municipal boundary to its confluence with the Danube estuary (Ottensheim regatta course) and from the Danube tributary from the level of the Feldkirchen bathing lakes to the confluence with the Pesenbach.
The slow to fast-flowing sections with the pools in between create ideal conditions for fly fishing.
Club evenings are held every last Friday of the month at the "Wirt in Pesenbach". All friends of "fly fishing" are cordially invited!

Reachable from Linz in 20 minutes. Coming from Wels, it takes about 40 minutes via Eferding and Aschach.

If you wish to purchase an annual ticket after the "trial fishing" with a day ticket, the amount will be refunded.
The annual ticket (price on request) is valid from 1 April and the day ticket (€ 39,-) from 1 May. A current licence book is required upon purchase.
