Tiergarten & Reiterhof Walding

For many years, Walding Zoo has been a favourite destination for nature lovers, animal lovers and especially for families with children.
Our little natural paradise is located just 14 kilometres from the Upper Austrian capital of Linz in the beautiful Mühlviertel region.

Many of the animals - from lions to domestic cats - can be observed up close, offering visitors unforgettable encounters. The new "Bimbi-Land" offers special play and exercise opportunities for children and cosy resting places for accompanying adults.

Each of the animals can be sponsored.
Annual tickets are popular gifts for the whole family.

The zoo can be reached on foot from the Walding railway and bus station in approx. 20 minutes (2 km) along a beautiful hiking trail
