Built in the years 1812 to 1818 by Franz and Therese Wenger, this historical mill retains the rustic charm of yesterday. In 1981 the historical structure has been listed.
A visit to the historical mill provides a taste of nostalgic reminiscence of the pioneering spirit of the founders and subsequent millers who ground grains for the daily table in the 1900's. The historical structure is divided into a residential part and in business premises, that once included a grist mill and a sawmill. The mills first were powered by water, later on by electricity.throughout the year to visit from the outside
