Beandhaus Museum Of Regional Heritage

The "Beandhaus Siaga Hans" museum is well worth visiting!

In 1987, the St. Johann authorities purchased the entire Geierseck estate in order to preserve one of the towns most precious cultural treasures and make it accessible to the public.

Thanks to generous financial and active support the Beand house was successfully refurbished and opened in 1990. Since then, the small farm estate portraying the life and hard work of our parents´ and grandparents´ generations has attracted large numbers of visitors.
