The parish church is dedicated to St Peter and St Paul
Romanesque elements can be found on the north wall.
The one-bay, cross-ribbed vaulted choir dates back to the 14th century. The year 1521 can be seen on the central keystone in the vault of the Tragwein parish church.
The Gothic, two-aisled nave has a Romanesque predecessor on the same site. The church tower, built in the 15th century, is 35 metres high including the spire cross.
