Grininger GmbH

The business was taken over in 1952 by Mr Grininger Sr. on a life annuity and run as a farrier's and wagon smithy. In line with the times, the business shifted more and more towards the sale and repair of agricultural machinery. However, the locksmith's shop and the forge were also operated. Herbert Grininger took over the business in 1986. The first major remodelling took place in 1993. In addition to the existing activities, a 400 m² tool and ironmongery shop was opened on 7 October. In 2006 a stove studio was built, in which up to 70 different wood-burning stoves, pellet stoves and table cookers can be experienced at close quarters, and all garden tools and agricultural machinery are repaired and maintained in our workshop. We have been a member of the "Let`s do it" group since October 2004. In 2008 we won the "Guute Award", which we are a little proud of. In 2011 we became a CLIMATE ALLIANCE company. Since spring 2019, Herbert Grininger's children, Michael, Claudia and Klaus, have been the new owners and operators of the business.
