On our farm in the Mühlviertel, everything revolves around the best food and sustainable energy supply.

Fresh eggs from our own farm, home-made pasta of the highest quality - the only pasta in Austria to be awarded the AMA seal of quality - and the self-sufficient supply of electricity and heat energy for the business are our main concerns. Since the beginning of October 2014, our pasta has been dried solely with the power of the sun - true culinary delights produced in a forward-looking and climate-neutral way!

Guided tours:
We are happy to open our doors for your club or company outing and cordially invite you to take a tour of our farm.

During an approximately 1.5-hour tour, you will experience our farm up close and learn all kinds of interesting facts about pasta, eggs, agriculture and our philosophy. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to browse through our farm shop to your heart's content.
