What is a farmer's doughnut grindery? The name alone arouses curiosity. We show you how the Bauernkrapfen is made - from the dough, which first rests, to the grinding and subsequent baking in hot fat - handmade as ever. You can experience this traditional craft in our modern architecture - the Bauernkrapfen-Schleiferei.
