The Zipf brewery invites you on an exciting journey of discovery through all stages of the brewing process as part of a brewery tour.

The brewery was founded in Zipf in 1858. Today, a total of 14 different types of beer are brewed and sold in 26 countries worldwide, as well as the innovative hop lemonade "HOPS". Zipfer stands for unique beer enjoyment. The beer owes its special character and aromatic hop flavour to the use of the highest quality raw materials and special hopping in the original style. The Zipf brewery has always been the only brewery in Austria to use fresh natural hops, which are ground and added by hand. The flagship variety Zipfer Urtyp, introduced in 1967, epitomises the pale beer type and is still the true premium classic on the domestic beer market today.

The product range includes Zipfer Urtyp, Zipfer Märzen, Zipfer DREI, Zipfer HELL Alkoholfrei, Zipfer Limetten Radler, Zipfer Orangen Radler, Zipfer Pils, Zipfer Sparkling, Zipfer Doppelgold, Zipfer Bock and Zipfer Kellerbier. As well as the latest innovation Zipfer Hops - refreshing with hop lemonade.

Brewery tour
As our guest, you will embark on an exciting journey of discovery through our modern brewery and learn all about your favourite beer. You will take a look behind the scenes and experience first-hand how our refreshing Zipfer is brewed - from the extraction of the raw materials and the special handling of our natural hops to the brewing process. A subsequent tasting in a cosy atmosphere provides the perfect conclusion.

The guided tour of our brewery lasts approx. 2 hours. During this time, you will learn everything about our beer, the brewery and our own journey.
