Irene Branstetter, a qualified forest air bath attendant, uses her personal experience to show you how you can relax and recharge your batteries with all your senses in the healing space of the forest. The Mühlviertel forests are a unique, huge place of strength for body, mind and soul.

The forest air bathing day seminar combines enjoyment, exercise and Kneipp therapy in the refreshing Aist water in the midst of marvellous trees and magical places of power in the Mühlviertel.

An appointment for forest air bathing can be arranged individually for groups of 4 or more;
