The 260 m2 show farm in Katsdorf produces organic salami and ham products such as "Prosciutto" country raw ham matured in fine mould.
n the show area you have the opportunity to learn the secrets of our organic salami production. Did you know, for example, that bacteria play a very important role in the production of salami? Why does salami have to sweat and is there a difference between organic meat and conventional meat? You can find out all this and much more on a guided tour, which is conducted by the boss himself.
In the specially designed rooms, you can look through windows into the production room and into our black box (maturing room). The exhibition "Antique butcher's tools" bears witness to a proud craft. In our new short film presentation you can experience the artisan salami production at first hand and afterwards you can convince yourself of the quality of our products during a tasting, our shop is of course also open for shopping.
