Special places are marked on the chakra hiking trail where the chakras can be harmonised.

Chakras are "energy vortices" through which cosmic energy is absorbed and transformed so that we can utilise it.
The better the condition of these "energy vortices", the better we feel. If one or even several chakras are disturbed, the corresponding area is supplied with less energy.

The 2.2 km circular trail takes you to 7 chakra stations. The highlight is the Heidenstein natural monument with the sacrificial bowls at the summit.
