Sternsteinblick tour no. 902

The start and finish point of the tour is the main square in the medieval old town centre of Freistadt. The cycle tour is only signposted in one direction.

At the Böhmertor gate, turn right along the old town walls and past the town moat towards Lasberg. Continue along Lasberger Straße to the roundabout, where you turn right and can enjoy a wonderful view of the town. The route then climbs above the railway station to St. Peter. Once you arrive in St. Peter, you can take a break to visit the parish church of St. Peter and marvel at the panoramic view. At kilometre 10, the route takes you downhill via Sonnbergstraße back to the starting point on the main square, where several inns and cafés invite you to linger.
