Mayrwipfl ski tour (tour area Sengsengebirge)

The very rich and sunny ski tour on the Mayrwipfel is due to the high starting position usually already accessible in December and offers a beautiful view from Garsten- to Stodertal.

At the chapel and follow the signs Haslersgatter and the forest track up to around 1,150 m. Now take the left forest road, after a short climb at mile marker "ladder climbing" turn right. Follow the road on a small hill, from here down to a clearing. Slight right reserved go here always on the cart along. First flat, then to be really steep upward until the large meadow and the decaying Mayralm to 1,411 m can be seen. From here you have a nice overview of the further ascent to the summit. Now it's all about the alpine meadow nearly flat in the north, the summit always before our eyes on. Finally, go through the sparse Walt to the summit and slopes up about this to the summit.
