Ski tour Gr. Pyhrgas Hofalm - Hasenbergstraße channel (tour area Hallermauern)

The tour on the Great Pyhrgas on the Hofalm and exit through the mountain hare gutter is a very beautiful and the most secure version of the Great Pyhrgas.

From the car park go to the summer trail No. 614 following direction Hofalm. At the Hofalm over to Hofalmsattel and turn left at the marked normal route. Over forested and rocky sat back you rise high, note above in open terrain especially the cornices. In the upper rocky part it is often advisable to use crampons, it is often blown off. Follow up the mountain of the summer mark to just below the lower summit where you now go to the left on the flat summit slope to cross the great Pyhrgas.

Departure:
Direct from the summit go zurerst from pre-peak. Just before you turn right on the not pronounced at the beginning of a valley gutter. Caution, do not go too far or else you come from in the rock barrier. Cross in front to the left into the actual Hasenbergstraße a gutter. Now in the gutter in a nice ride down the valley to the starting point.
