The spiritual St Joseph's Way leads in 3 daily stages through the Attersee - Traunsee Nature Park. From Altmünster on the crystal-clear Traunsee, the pilgrim hikes to Weyregg on the turquoise-blue Attersee in an impressive circular route. On paths of old pilgrimage routes, along green mountain pastures and marvellous panoramic views, the route takes the form of a highly symbolic horizontal "8".
Pilgrimage impulses encourage you to see the essentials in life. The eponymous St Joseph accompanies the hiker as a companion to all those seeking peace and quiet and those who are reflective in these fast-moving times.
