A pleasant tour for winding down or switching off after a hard day’s work. Except for one rise, it is a completely flat, traffic-free lap, most of it directly along the Traun riverbank on side roads and cycle paths.
The path along the river Traun runs downstream to Marchtrenk and then on to Linz/Ebelsberg. Follow the northern bank of the Traun eastward to Pucking. Cross over to the southern bank of the Traun and follow this westwards to Schleißheim. From here, take the briefly unpaved, ascending road "Am alten Berg", which ends at Welser Straße. Cycle downhill to the crossroads with the B138, then straight ahead. In Talheim, ride as far as "Angerlehner Steg". After that, go back across the Traun to Wels. Please get in touch for more information.
