Large forest circuit Sulzbach
Circular hike through the Trichtlgraben and Vorderberggraben towards Spadenberg and via Wirleitner and Geier back to Sulzbach.

Starting from the Derfler inn, the circular hike leads through the Trichtlgraben and Vorderberggraben towards Spadenberg and via Wirleitner and Geier back to Sulzbach.
Hiking trail: E38
Follow the sidewalk to the left, past a carpentry shop, the path leads to the Mitterbach farmhouse onto the Ebersegg farm road. At the first hairpin turn, leave the asphalt road and hike along a gravel road beside the stream. Keep left until a junction where paths E38 and E38a split.
The large forest circuit continues uphill on the forest road next to the stream. Shortly turn right and then immediately left again. It is always uphill until you meet another forest road, which you follow to the left.
Soon you leave the forest, hike downhill with a view of the Kürnberg ridge past the Hauzn and Jungbauern farmhouses. Now go left across the meadow downhill and from here you see again your destination, the village of Sulzbach.
