Gutau - St. Oswalderstraße - Wimmer Höhe - Walchslehner = turn-off (GU 1A) - Fischer - Voglhofer - Höllberg - Erdmannsdorf = turn-off (GU 1B) - Maria-Bründl Bezirksstraße - Ruhmer access road = turn-off ( GU 1C ) - Pengiseder - Flanitz - Staninger - Pühringer Häuser - Biermayr - Zeilberger - Alter Kirchasteig - Fürling (possible starting point) - Aichinger - Jiritzhofer - Maria Bründl Bezirksstraße Zufahrt Ruhmer - Erdmannsdorf - Kagerer - Gusner - St.Oswalderstraße - Gutau

Circular route - via St. Oswalderstraße (refreshment stop "Zum Edi") into the Pfarrerwald forest on the Wimmer Höhe to Walchslehner. Turn left via Fischer to Erdmannsdorf. Refreshment stop "Beim Scharti". Continue northwards on the Maria Bründl district road via the Schaller-Schneider goods road and the Matzeneder access road along the Flanitz to the Braunberg junction. Keep straight on, turn right through the forest up to the Staninger farmhouse and after 50 metres turn left onto the Unterpühringer access road. Pass on the right to the Pühringer houses. Cross Maria Bründlstraße - view and highest point of the hike. Downhill along the forest road, straight ahead at the bend through the forest to the Zeitlberger farmhouse. Continue right behind the house, cross the Klausbach stream and turn left via Güterweg Klaus to the village of Fürling - refreshment stop "Wirt auf der Fürling". Return via the Aichinger access road (chapel wayside shrine) to Jiritzhofergut and on to Erdmannsdorf. Through the village towards Gutau, past the Schartmüller chapel to Kagerer (holiday flats). Turn left via Gschwendenwein and Gusner, and past the access road to Schöferberg on the right down the forest path to Gutau / village centre.
