Trail not in operation
Making tracks at 1000 metres above sea level. In winter, Sandl presents itself from its most beautiful side. We offer approx. 25 km of perfectly groomed circular trails as well as the family trail with a direct connection to the Viehberg lifts. Connections to the trails in the communities of Grünbach/Mitterbach, Windhaag/Spörbichl and St. Oswald/Holzmühle complete the cross-country skiing network in the Freiwald region.
We ask for voluntary donations for the maintenance and care of the cross-country ski trails. The cash registers are attached to the trail signs.
A wide range of maps and information material is available at the municipal office, at the information point on the town square, at the Sandl inns, at the Raiffeisenbank Sandl and at the SPAR department stores' in Sandl
