P9 Übern Kirchensteig nach Selker

Path P9 leads north from the church and after the local area along the Linz - Summerau railway line. 

It turns right at a subway and after a few metres on the goods road continues uphill to the left through a forest and along a meadow. You soon reach Pregartsdorf (¾ h). In the centre of the village, shortly after the Grubbauer cross (which was erected in thanksgiving after a devastating hailstorm in 1907 and renovated in 2007), turn left. Immediately afterwards, turn right to the Grasbauernhof farm.
The path continues downhill through the forest and meets a stream. From there you hike uphill to Kriechmayrdorf (1 h) and on a goods road past the Kriechmayr chapel on to Selker (¼ h)  Together with P 8 you return to Pregarten along the Aist.

Variant P9a "Wintermühle"
Walking time 3 hours
This shortened variant takes hikers directly from the Kriechmayr Chapel to the Wintermühle in Feldaisttal (½ h), and then on P8 back to Pregarten.
