Summit victory with alpine snack and wonderful panorama

From the Bosruckhütte car park, first take the forest road for a short while, then follow the forest and meadow paths to the Hofalmsattel.
There, the steep trail no. 614 branches off to the right towards Großer Pyhrgas. The path becomes stonier and more challenging until you reach the flatter mountain meadow on the summit plateau. Now the summit cross is already close.
The descent follows the same route, although a short detour to the Hofalm is worthwhile. There you can celebrate your summit victory with a proper snack and enjoy the wonderful panorama!

In the centre of Spital am Pyhrn, turn into Sandstraße at the indoor swimming pool and follow the signs to Dr. Vogelgesangklamm.
At the gorge car park, continue straight on until just before the Bosruckhütte, car park on the right side of the road.
