Holiday apartment 120 m², 3 double rooms, 1 living room, kitchen, spread over 2 floors. Downstairs a toilet, upstairs a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, great terrace, lake view and balcony.
This holiday flat is 120m² in size and is spread over 2 floors. The house once belonged to a diver, everywhere you can admire objects that were dived out of Lake Hallstatt. The furnishings are stylish and exclusive. The highlight of this flat is definitely the old Rauchkuchl and the wonderful, huge terrace. Here you are in the centre and yet away from the hustle and bustle. Here you can enjoy the marvellous lake view. And enjoy the peace and quiet. Another highlight is the wonderful balcony - a traditional "Quantergang" from which you also have an unobstructed view of the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, cookware, crockery and kitchen utensils. Here you can cook with a view of the lake from the kitchen window. The living room is very large, with a dining table and an extendable sofa bed for 2 people. The furnishings are very tasteful and the cosy fireplace is made of tiles dipped from Lake Hallstatt. You can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake from all the windows. On the upper floor is the large bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as two cosy bedrooms.

The holiday flat offers 45m² with terrace and lake view. A double room with sofa bed for one person, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC. The furnishings are very cosy and were created from the wood of an old, worn-out hut. In the large living/bedroom there is a pull-out couch and a cosy large double bed. A large flat-screen TV with Netflix guarantees good entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge, Nespresso machine, crockery, cookware and kitchen utensils. The cosy bathroom has a shower and WC.
