During the tour of the Pankrazhofer organic orchard, you will take a look behind the scenes of the production of high-quality, handcrafted products such as juice, cider and vinegar and learn about the history of the 3 organic vinegar makers.
We will show you our world in 1.5 hours and let you take part in the creation of our moments of pleasure. Before you can have a look around our farm shop, there will be 4 tastings (frizzante and must) as well as free vinegar and mustard tasting.

Under the mighty cider pear trees, you will learn about everything that is now grown and produced on the farm. With the Vierkanthof behind you and a view of the orchard meadow, you can listen to the importance of artisan and regional producers for the preservation of nature and the Mühlviertel landscape.

In the Schaumosterei, the processing of fruit into juice, cider and brandy is demonstrated. As a cider maker and cider sommelier, Norbert always strives for the highest quality and best flavour - you can see this for yourself at the tastings.

Eva's passion has been vinegar production for several years. Together with two colleagues from Mühlviertel businesses, they have joined forces to form the "Organic Vinegar Makers". They produce 4 genuine organic fermented vinegars, which are now available in many shops and have often won awards.

Our work at Pankrazhofer never stands still and we are always thinking about how we can add value to nature's raw materials with new products. This is why we have been producing high-quality mustard from the mustard seeds from our own fields and the vinegar from our vinegar makers for some time now. Experience the difference in flavour of the four varieties, which contain the coveted mustard oil and thus particularly valuable ingredients. After the tasting, you are welcome to shop in the farm shop.

Since April 2023, there have also been circular routes with information boards on the farm, which you are welcome to follow independently after the tour. The short tour takes about 15 minutes. The long one takes about 1 hour. The orchard meadow with a small playground also invites you to linger.
