"Salt in the soup"

At Gasthaus Wachtberg, the month of indulgence from 1 April to 1 May will be a feast for the senses! Under the theme of "Salt and Fish", the team will spoil guests with exquisite creations that will delight both the palate and the eye.

A highlight of the month is the roasted asparagus, which is served with an aromatic salty lemon sauce and cold-smoked salmon - a harmonious combination of fresh vegetables, the fruity freshness of the lemons and the smoky, delicate flavour of the salmon. 

The delicious char fillet is served on a bed of the finest garlic and potato puree garnished with glazed radishes, whose slight sharpness and sweetness provide a wonderful balance to the delicate fish. A dish that not only impresses with its flavour, but also with its sophisticated preparation.
