"Salt in the soup"
In the Delingo vinotheque and delicatessen shop, a culinary highlight awaits you during the month of pleasure from 1 April to 1 May under the theme of "Salt and Fish". Try the heartily seasoned beef tartare, refined with Bad Ischl natural salt flakes and served with butter toast - a perfect combination of tender meat and the finest salt.
As a further special, enjoy smoked Attersee Reinanke with horseradish and Auinger's root bread, which complements the flavours of the fish wonderfully. Indulge in these unique delicacies and experience spring in every bite!
