In June, the Kaiserschild Foundation will be presenting still lifes by Pieter Claesz in Deep Space 8K at the Ars Electronica Centre in Linz and at the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.
With Kaiserschild Art Defined, the Kaiserschild Foundation is bringing art to life in a new way. It starts with works by Pieter Claesz - an artist from the foundation's collection and an important representative of 17th century still life painting. Three of his works have been digitised and edited to a high standard in collaboration with museum partners. The originals and digitised works will be on display at the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna from June 2025. On 12 June, the high-resolution images will be presented in the Ars Electronica Deep Space 8K.
