Art in the bathroom: Louisa Seidl

The KHG gallery enables young visual artists to present their work for the first time in the form of solo exhibitions.

The gallery of the Catholic University Community, the former indoor swimming pool of the KHG, has been hosting exhibitions in the "Kunst im Bad" series since 1985. On the one hand, the venue enables young visual artists to present their work for the first time in the form of solo exhibitions. On the other hand, the space, which is a popular meeting place with the cafeteria, especially at lunchtime, is also a place where students and university members can encounter contemporary art.

The works, which are mainly by students of the University of Art and Design Linz, are shown in the gallery for 4-6 weeks at a time.
