Yin yoga

BERG - SEE - YOGA is not intended as a sport, but as a loving encounter with oneself. Previous experience is therefore not required and you can join at any time.

The programme only takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.

Birgit Hofstätter: Why do I offer yoga? Yoga brings me closer to myself and so in connection with the world. Yoga means for me the loving encounter with myself. But yoga can only be experienced by oneself. I want to create spaces where others can also have this experience with themselves.
