Gislauf

A constant change of rhythm with flat and steep sections, changing ground with forest and meadow paths - an unimagined mountain running experience!

The start is at 2:30 pm in Linz Urfahr, Klausenweg.
With the transmission mast visible from afar, the Gis is the finish after 7.3 varied kilometres. A constant change of rhythm over 616 metres of altitude with flat and steep sections as well as changing ground with forest and meadow paths make the Gislauf an unforgettable mountain running experience.

The children's run takes place at 2pm in the finish area of the Gislauf (Giselawarte).
The course lengths are 500 or 720 metres
(m/f 7/9/11/13/15 or various distances).
