On 1 May 2025, we will open our Poll's GenussAtelier under the motto ‘Spring Awakening at Lake Wolfgang’. Let yourself be enchanted by the first rays of sunshine and the fresh spring air and enjoy an exclusive cookery course dedicated to the first tender products of the season.

In the midst of the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Wolfgangsee, we will prepare a menu together that perfectly showcases the fresh flavours of spring. Look forward to delicious dishes centred around fresh asparagus, sweet strawberries, tender lamb and veal as well as delicate fish. Products that reflect the variety and freshness of spring.

In this practice-orientated course, we will show you how to combine these high-quality ingredients to create a harmonious menu. The day ends with a cosy dinner where you can enjoy your creations in a convivial atmosphere with your companions.
