Härtel Quartet - lively music in the world heritage inn

It is a rarity to hear this formation in this fine line-up.

The Härtel Quartett

This quartet prefers to play for dancing and has the dancers right in their sights. There are usually five of them on the road.

They have heard or learnt their repertoire from various dance floor masters such as Zwanzger Musi or the Citoller Tanzgeiger, from their parents' companions such as Rudolph Pietsch or "Börschti" Johannes Senger, as well as from many musicians and singers.

The idea for this sibling band came in the sandpit, the expansion took place during the lockdown. Now they are very much looking forward to inviting their friend and colleague Eva-Maria Wieser to heat up dancers and listeners with a Franze or a waltz.
