Johannes Fuchs is a former teacher of Sebastian Leutgeb and has been instrumental in his success and has accompanied him as a chef and mentor for over 5 years. The two award-winning chefs share a love of French cuisine and now also a good friendship.
 
In the form of a 4-course menu with wines from Döllerer Weinhandelshaus, you will experience pure French classics.
Donkey liver, oysters and caviar are a must.

The programme includes 4 courses, aperitif, wine accompaniment to the menu, water and coffee.
