As part of the REHA guest program, there will be a tour of the Katzensteinermühle.

At the Gaflenzbach in Weyer, just before it flows into the Enns, you will find this old, fully operational mill from the year 1820.

It was dismantled at its original location and faithfully rebuilt by the Katzensteiner family at the Gaflenzbach in 1978. See for yourself the romance of this excursion destination. The Katzensteinermühle and its surroundings, including the Troadkasten and the sawmill, have been lovingly renovated in recent years.

In the foam mill, you will be shown the production of flour and semolina. The Troadkasten exhibits the history of milling. A fish ladder allows various species, such as trout, graylings, barbs, huchen, etc., to carry out their natural migratory routes. The automatic weir provides better flood protection!
