I offer yoga classes both online and on site:

On-site: Every Thursday from 18:30 to 20:00 in the House of Mindfulness (€15)

Online: Flexible booking (€12 per session)

In addition, there are individual yoga therapy sessions that specifically address personal needs and health aspects. Ayurvedic nutrition and health counselling is also available on request.

Detox programme (spring & autumn) - 3 weeks for €70

Includes:

✔ Three detox yoga sessions of 90 mins each.

✔ Weekly detox treatments for at home

✔ Ayurvedic recipes

Individual sessions (yoga therapy & Ayurveda counselling) on request.
